While Southern California star Adoree Jackson lifted his arm out to help Minkah Fitzpatrick get to his feet, fellow Trojan Jabari Ruffin stepped over, and on, the Alabama cornerback.
The gruesome groin stomp could have looked accidental if not for Ruffin looking back at the ground after the deed as he walked away from the scene.

Ruffin was rightly ejected from the game.
USC coach Clay Helton said the linebacker will miss the first half of next week's game against Utah State and write a letter of apology to Fitzpatrick.
We'll see if scrutiny on this suspension will reach the level it did for Florida linebacker Brandon Spikes, who had to take it upon himself to sit out an entire game for an eye gouge after then-coach Urban Meyer only suspended him a half game back in 2009.
The Trojans play Utah State on Saturday at 2 p.m. ET.
