Pro Fooball writer Howard Balzer is reporting via Twitter that Jets T Jeff Otah failed his physical and has been placed on active/PUP. Otah is coming off a knee injury and has played only four games in the past two seasons. The team acquired him from the Panthers and is hoping he will challenge Wayne Hunter for the right tackle spot.
