Georgia has reached out to the junior college ranks again to help fill its impressive 2013 recruiting class. S Shaquille Fluker, a 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect out of East Mississippi Community College, committed to the Bulldogs on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Meridian Star.

Fluker becomes the fourth junior college prospect to commit to Georgia in this class, and he is its 26th commitment overall. He will have three years to fulfill his final two years of eligibility with the Bulldogs, meaning he could take a redshirt season if needed.

Fluker is ranked as a four-star prospect by 247Sports.com, and had offers from Nebraska, Ole Miss, Kentucky, Kansas and Georgia. The Bulldogs are hoping for an outstanding recruiting class after signing only 19 players in 2011.

Fluker is the eighth DB to commit in this class. The Bulldogs will be looking to reload the secondary in 2013 with the looming departure of key members S Bacarri Rambo, CB Branden Smith and CB Sanders Commings.
