College basketball picks for Oregon vs. Stanford

Before tuning into the Oregon vs. Stanford game, you need to see the college basketball picks from SportsLine's advanced computer model. The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. The model enters Week 17 of the season 76-46 on all-top rated college basketball picks this season, returning more than $1,600 for $100 players. Anybody who has followed it has seen huge returns.

For Stanford vs. Oregon, the model says Stanford covers the spread. Stanford held Oregon to less than 38% shooting on January 21st, as the seven point result was closer than the game actually was. The Ducks trailed by 17 with less than two minutes left before scoring 13 points in the final 1:51 to close the deficit.

Stanford's two top-scorers in 2022-23 rose to the occasion in the last matchup. Forward Spencer Jones scored 16 points and Harrison Ingram added 11 to pace the Cardinal. The Cardinal will have a chance to cover the spread if they can hold the Ducks below their season average of 70.9 points per game. In 10 of their wins this season, the opponent has failed to reach the 70 point mark. Stream the game here.
