A Colonial Athletic Association contest features William & Mary (5-24) and Northeastern (7-20) facing off on Thursday evening. The last time these teams matched up, William & Mary secured the win. On Dec. 31, the Tribe beat Northeastern 71-70. William & Mary will look to halt its seven-game skid and sweep the season series.

In the loss to Charleston, Djogo had 27 points and seven rebounds, while shooting 4-for-7 from deep.

Redshirt junior forward Chris Doherty is a solid presence down low for Northeastern. He is logging 11.3 points and nine rebounds per game. The Massachusetts native is a beast on the glass, grabbing at least 10 rebounds in 10 games. Doherty recorded a double-double in seven of those matchups. On Feb. 3 against James Madison, he put up 17 points, 15 rebounds, three assists and three blocks.

Why William & Mary can cover

Sophomore forward Ben Wight averages a team-high 11.5 points and 5.8 rebounds, while shooting 62 percent from the field. Wight has been a consistent offensive big for the Tribe. Over his last 10 games, the Ohio native has scored in double figures in eight of those matchups. On Feb. 12 against James Madison, Wight had 13 points and 10 rebounds. This marked his fourth double-double of the year.

Grad student guard Brandon Carroll has played better on the offensive side over the past two months. Carroll scored in double-digits in nine of his last 11 games. One of his best performances during this stretch came against Charleston. Carroll stuffed the stat sheet and finished with 16 points, nine rebounds, five blocks and six steals.
