What to Know

The Howard Bison will head out on the road to face off against the Bryant Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. ET on Monday at Chace Athletic Center. Howard is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.

Last Saturday, the Bison suffered a painful 85-63 defeat at the hands of the Scarlet Knights.

The losing side was boosted by Marcus Dockery, who scored 16 points along with 3 assists.

Meanwhile, Bryant made the experts look like fools on Saturday, as the team pulled off a huge upset of FAU. They walked away with a 61-52 win over the Owls.

Sherif Gross-Bullock and Earl Timberlake were among the main playmakers for Bryant as the former dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds and the latter dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds.

The Bison now have a losing record at 2-3. As for the Bulldogs, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 2-3.

This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Howard have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 36 rebounds per game.
