    Analysis

    Less than a week ago Kentucky was mounting a furious charge in a game it never led to cut a 20-point second half deficit down to only seven by the final horn. The Wildcats will have a good crowd on hand, as they usually do for the SEC Tournament, but the Gators have been outstanding away from home and Todd Golden is building a reputation as a good SEC Tournament coach with a 6-2 record in the event. I’m thinking the gap between these two teams on a neutral court is a little bit closer to that 20-point lead Florida built over 30 minutes in Rupp Arena last weekend.

    Analysis

    I have only given out one total this season. It was Florida-Arkansas when I thought the opening line was off by 5-6 points. We have another example here. Wisconsin-Illinois opened 154.5 at DK and BetMGM. I think it closes around 159. The last 5 meetings have finished with totals of 182, 169, 166, 180 and 174 points. Wisconsin already played in this gym and scored 85. Illinois should get whatever it wants near the rim. They shot 63% in the first meeting. These are also the two best free throw shooting teams in the Big 10. Play up to 157.5

    Analysis

    While Tennessee has trended to the under recently (4-1 in their last five), this could be an opponent that speeds them up and allows for some more offensive success than what the Vols had at the start of their comeback win against Auburn. It took awhile for star freshman Nate Ament to heat up in his return to the lineup for Tennessee, but eventually he wore down the Tigers’ defense to finish with a team-high 27 points. These two teams played less than a week ago and it was an 86-82 game played at Vanderbilt’s pace, so anything under 150 seems like a fair play.

    Analysis

    I'm going with the revenge angle in this all-Tennessee matchup. The Commodores beat the Volunteers in Knoxville last Saturday, avenging a Tennessee win on Vanderbilt's home floor in February. I picked against Rick Barnes' team on Thursday as I thought they were fading as the season went along. Auburn proved me smart for 30 minutes before Tennessee ran off a 19-0 run and never looked back. I predict a close game in Nashville on Friday, but I lean the team in orange by three points.

    Analysis

    It's the semi-finals of the Big 12 Conference Tournament from Kansas City, Missouri, between Iowa State and Arizona. The Wildcats have only lost twice this season and have a seven-game win streak going that includes a 73-57 win over Iowa State as 6.5-point favorites two weeks ago. Now the number is 4.5 on a neutral court, a manageable proposition for Arizona, considering they've been double-digit favorites for most of their games. Arizona travels well with 9 wins in away games, but what I like most is Arizona coach Tommy Lloyd sticking to his Gonzaga roots and teachings with his offense shooting 50.2% and a defense that only allows 38.8%. It's the repetitive technique that keeps Arizona winning. They win this one, too.
