Fantasy Analysis

As long as Erick Dampier remains sidelined, Gooden will see a boost in his Fantasy production. He is averaging over 13 points per game in the month of February while averaging over 5.5 rebounds per game. Dampier probably won't be out too long however, and Gooden provides minimal Fantasy appeal.

F Drew Gooden enjoyed his return to the Bay Area as much as Jason Kidd. Also an Oakland native, Gooden had a season-high 24 points and 10 rebounds. With Dirk Nowitzki in early foul trouble, Gooden took a bigger role than normal. He played most of the second half at center and logged 41 minutes in the win. "We needed it a lot because we haven't played Dallas Mavericks ball of late," Gooden said. 28//2010
