CBSSports.com projects a 32-man All-Star roster for each league, including at least one representative from each team. The All-Star game is July 14 in St. Louis. Official rosters will be announced July 5. To complete the 32-man roster, the last player will be selected via the Sprint Final Vote, announced July 9. MLB added a player to the roster on July 1.

The NL Manager is Charlie Manuel of the Philadelphia Phillies. He will be joined by his field staff, Cardinals' skipper Tony LaRussa and Los Angeles Dodgers manager Joe Torre. The AL Manager is Joe Maddon of the Tampa Bay Rays. Assisting him will be his field staff and Trey Hillman of the Kansas City Royals and Seattle Mariners first-year manager Dom Wakamatsu.
