Join your fellow Patriots' fans here to chat before, during and after the game!

The official injury list hasn't been posted yet but M.R. is reporting Julian Edelman may be a game time decision and Ron Brace is working out under the watchful eye of the training and strength staff.

More to come ..

Let's go, Patriots!

Well this morning I believe it was the FOX Crew that went 3 for 4 in picking the Patriots to win tonight.  So they have that going against them.  Thank god I am finally back and not have a 3 digit temperature and feeling like I might have the Swine!

Go Pats!

Yawkee - sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well!  But at least you're able to watch the game.

As for Brandon Meriweather, he was listed as questionable yesterday and no update that I'm aware of but I'll keep you posted.

Brandon Meriweather might start today thats for his update Julian Edleman is game time decision. If he's ready that will give the Colts secondary alot of match up problems.

Thanks Dawnie!  I was laid out since Last Saturday!  Missed an entire week or work.  I thought it was the Swine.

I could have sworn I heard Brandon Meriweather was out during one of the Halftime Blah Blah fill up shows.

On a non-related Patriots note, I can't believe the Packers are shutting out the Cowboys.  Another example of why they play the game.

If as a football fan you cannot get up for this game you may as well give up the sport.

I think the Colts and Patriots rivalry with Peyton Manning and Tom Brady is quite probably the very best sport in the USA has to offer right now. You can keep your Red Sox and Yankess, this is it!!!!

I think the Colts and Patriots rivalry with Peyton Manning and Tom Brady is quite probably the very best sport in the USA has to offer right now. I agree.  This rivalry goes beyond teams like the Dolphins and Jets because of who the quarterbacks are along with the history of meeting in the post-season.  Nice call on the Jaguars winning, by the way.  Kiss

To think I started the Cowboys defense tonight over the Patriots defense.  So I could lose tonight because the Cowboys defense sucks and the cowboyos flat out suck tonight as well.

Here are the Patriots inactives for tonight's game, per PFT.  Brandon Meriweather and Julian Edelman are indeed active, if this list is correct.

For the 2009 edition of the Game of the Century, the New England Patriots will be missing 66.6 percent of their starting defensive line.

Inactive are defensive ends Jarvis Green and Ty Warren.

Also inactive for the Pats are running back Sammy Morris, running back Fred Taylor, tackle Matt Light, linebacker Eric Alexander, cornerback Shawn Springs, and offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger.

Active is receiver Julian Edelman, who'll be needed now that rookie wideout Brandon Tate is on injured reserve.

The matchup I want to see tonight is Brandon McGowan vs Dallas Clark, forget that ''Tom Brady vs Peyton Manning'' thing. That's the  match up I'm looking forward to see in this matchup but Moss is going have a big game today I visual's him to have 2 TD's in this game against a banged up Colts secondary Patriots are going 7-2 and move on to the mighty Jets.

Wow thats a hell of a loss playerwise for the Patriots but that also tells me it will be nickel and dime defenses all night long you are not going to get much pressure on Peyton Manning with the line up we have.

I swear to god the first time Reggie Wayne runs a comeback pattern I am going to scream and throw things out of my pram!!!!

Its on the Patriots offense to win this game the more I look at it the more I think shootout and frankly its about time we won one of these games, way too many losses to good teams in recent years, you have to beat these guys from time to time!.

On a sad noted, I read that Brian Westbrook suffered another concussion.  That's two within three week's time.  I've always had alot of respect for Westbrook and hope he fully recovers.

Hey guys, just stopping by before some friends come round for the game (I hope none are backing the Colts). I've been very out of it all this week, had my last exam for the semester on Monday morning (right after the Dolphins game) & have been avoiding my computer as much as possible to start my summer holidays. Last year's one started with the loss to the Jets, let's get this one to start with a win over Indy.

Anyway, my take on this is game is it will be a lot closer to 18-15 than 38-34, you seem to find in rivalry games like this, even with two high-scoring offenses, they know each other so well that their strengths get cancelled out. It will come down to the last posession, whoever has it.

These plays have been killing the Patriots.  How many times did the Dolphins to it to them last week?

If we can control TOP and Dallas Clark, I think we have a good chance of winning.

Hey everybody

Should be a good game tonight between these two great quarterbacks. I have New England winning this game because they will contain Dallas Clark with Brandon McGowan, hopefully Dan Koppen plays, but I do not see it, but I think the play of Sebastian Vollmer will balance that out. Maroney and Faulk will need to run the ball well to bring some balance to the Patriots' attack. But, I think Brady comes through late from behind in the 4th quarter.

Patriots 31 Colts 28

GO PATS !
