WORLD CUP 2010

I want to know who you think will win the world cup, or the main contenders for it. Heres my list but i want YOU to comment and I want to see what other people think

I think this is going to be a good world cup so i will not list an order of teams.

Spain - What can i say, they have great stars from Fernando Torres and David Villa all the way back to Puyol and Cassillas

Germany -They have always been contenders and I think have good talent

Italy - Marcello Lippi is a great coach and Italy has great talent, and young talent coming in.

England - With the great coach Fabio Capello i assume they will do well.

Brazil - Well, they always have had some of the best players in the world maybe this year they can get their act together.

Argentina - Lead by Lionel Messi I wouldn't see why they wouldn't do good.

Portugal - They have failed to impress me of late but I think they should do good this next world cup.

Netherlands - This team did very good in the Euro 2008 and i think they can continue to.

Turkey- I know this team isnt well known and this team is enormously underrated, but if you saw them play i the Euro 2008 u would surley count them in this year if they qualify.

MLS All-Star Game

Last night in Salt Lake City the MLS All-Stars lost for the first time to a foreign club namely Everton F.C.  This loss was the work of Tim Howard's fantastic keeping.  The All-Stars severely outplayed Everton and with out Howard would have conceded 3 or 4 goals.  So though the MLS lost this shows how far soccer has come in the United States.
