FSL All StarsThe Yankees worst team, the Tampa Yankees had their alll star reps anounced. They will send 3, 2 of which will play, to the all star game. Jesus Montero, who was an obvious choice, cannot play because of his promotion to AA Trenton. He was hitting .356, with 15 doubles and 8 Homeruns. He has an OPS of .989. Austin Romine made the team hitting .286 with 16 Doubles and 6 Homeruns. He stole 5 bases and drive in 29.
The yankees pitcher that made the team was Jon Ortiz. Ortiz was the teams closer, but he lost the job to Jon Hovis. Ortiz had a 6.14 ERA with 7 saves.His WHIP was 1.84 and he had a record of 0-3.

Yankees Prospect Rankings-June List-Top 2001. Jesus Montero- Power hitting Catcher with MVP potential and perrenial all star (even with Wieters, Teagarden, Salty, Tyler Flowers, and Max Ramirez in league). Could change position. In Hi A Tampa ETA: 2012
Austin Jackson- CF likely to move to corner OF if Gardner develops well. All around player with speed, power, contact hitting, and defense. Needs to stop K'ing. In AAA Scranton ETA: 2010 Andrew Brackman- Struggled early in year, but has found his old stuff. Likely to be Yankees ace in 2012/2013 In Low A Charleston ETA: June/July 2011 Austin Romine- Another great catcher who will hit .300 with decent power and high RBI numbers. Much better defensively then Montero. In Hi A Tampa. ETA: 2012 5. Dellin Bentaces- I see him more as trade bait because I don't have enought condifence in him, but most love him. I think he will bust and be a number 4/5 starter. In Hi A Tampa. ETA:2012 Jeremy Bleich-Lefty starter who skipped Low A Charleston and went directly to Hi A Tampa. Although he is dominating, I expect him to be here another year. Could always be a reliever. ETA: 2012 Jairo Heredia- Talented young starting pitcher in Hi A Tampa, but has had an injury all season. I think he and Joba will both be number 2 pitcher, but sometimes you have to put one in front of the other. In Hi A Tampa. ETA: 2012 Humberto Sanchez- Recently released and then resigned. HAs enormus potential if he would keep his weight and injury proneness under control. In AA Trenton. ETA: June 2010/April 2011 George Kontos- In AAA Scranton. Most people want him to be a reliever, but I see him as the #5 starter behind Brackman, Joba, Jairo, and Wang. If we eventually go to 6 man rotations Horne would join them. I really think he is a great surprise and the yankees knew what they were scouting here. ETA: 2011 10. Zachary McAllistar- In AA Trenton. I see him as the second bust of our top 10 with Betances. He is just average. #5 starter with an average team. Some problems you might have: Oklahoma is a 3 when Kansas is a 2, LSU is a 6 when West Virginia is a 7, and UCONN is a 1 when Memphis is a 2, and Utah is a 7 when BYU is an 8. Most problems you have other than these are because the Big 10, ACC, and Big East have 3 regions of 2 and 1 region of 1. In the regions of 2, one team must be on 1, 16, 5, 8, 12, 9, 4, 13 half of the bracket and the other must be on the other side to prevent a match up in the Sweet 16. Other problems may have been in conferences liek the MWC, SEC, and A-10 whereI had to move a team a seed up or down to prevent them from being in the same conference. If Mississippi St. win the SEC then they are in. If they lose, then Saint MAry's becomes the last team in.

The Indians will not have Cliff Lee the same way he was last year. The Brewers will only have Braun and Fielder, but they will have no one good on a pitching staff as Hoffman gets very few saves. The Pirates will be led by Ross Ohlendhorf, Jeff Karstens, Tom Gorzelanny, Ian Snell, Zach Duke, and Paul Maholm. One of those might be a great long reliever. Dan McCutchen will not pitch well at all, but as Jose Tabata progresses it appears they ripped the yankees off with Damaso Marte's struggles. Outside of Capps, Yates, Grabow, and one of the aforementioned startes, the bullpen will struggle which will lose them many games. Hinske will be valuable off the bench. They will have an abundance of OF's and McCutchen will be starting soon. Moss/Pearce/Salazar/Craig Monroe will be their excess in the OF. They will have to cut one. Jose Tabata will be here in 2010 at the end. The IF is weak and they don't have a lot of good minor leaguers, but they could have a good team b/c of the rotation and OF for a coupel of years. BTW, I want to choose the Reds to go far, but they disappoint me every year so I have my expectations low. Volquez, Bruce, Cueto and Votto will lead them I hope. Also I might have high expectations for Joba, but I really think he will be CY Young
