New Orleans recalled Liddell from the G League's Birmingham Squadron on Sunday.
Liddell has played just 23 minutes over eight appearances with the Pelicans this season. If Liddell is active for Monday's game against the Grizzlies, he likely won't be part of head coach Willie Green's rotation.
